WorkForward CIC provides work experience, training and supported employment to people disadvantaged by learning difficulties and other disabilities.

Real working environment is provided in three social enterprise units in Coventry:

• Herons Café at Coombe Abbey Country Park
• The Pantry at Curriers Close
• Brandon Wood Farm School and Community Visits Programme

At WorkForward we achieves partnerships with stakeholders, staff and service users through demonstrating passion and pride in what we do, and placing high value on trust, compassion and understanding.

WorkForward now works closely with RNIB to expend the provision of supported work environment to include blind and partially sighted people.
WorkForward operates as a social enterprise and is legally constituted as a CIC (Community Interest Company) and is a not for profit company limited by guarantee.
