Ann is an acting Café Manager; she qualified in catering management at Henley College in Coventry. Since then she has worked in both Contract and Public Sector Catering. She studied for an MBA at Oxford Brookes University and holds Level 4 Food Hygiene, Advanced Health and Safety and a Diploma in Nutritional Medicine.
