Originally from Ireland, Jo Ann has worked in community work and with people with mental health problems, learning disabilities, and other disabilities for many years. She was involved in WorkForward CIC since early days. She has worked as Manager of Brandon Wood Farm which is part of Coventry City Council for over 3 years. She has a B.A in Psychology, an M.A in Counselling, and post graduate diplomas in social and vocational rehabilitation and health and social care management.
