Sean has worked in the public, private and voluntary sector, including a commercial disability consultancy; Department for Work and Pensions; JobcentrePlus and is currently employed as UK Head of Employment at Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB). Sean has experience of developing Social Firms and Community Interest Companies, and his focus at Work Forward will be one of business development, including the development of service level agreements.
