Sylvia is our Café Coordinator and Chef; she has always been involved in Catering and Training, managing important business contracts such as Pebble Mill, Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Peugeot as well as educational contracts for example Rugby Public School and many colleges in the West Midlands. Sylvia also spent eight years teaching catering to City & Guild standards at Henley College, Coventry.
