Strategic Priorities 2010-11 Plan
WorkForward has chosen the following four strategic priorities that will support our mission.
Program Priority
Meet the needs of adults with learning disabilities in Coventry.
In 20010/11, the following initiatives will support this priority:
Initiative 1: WorkForward will review training program.
Initiative 2: WorkForward will identify opportunities to improve the quality of training and identify potential new opportunities.
Stakeholder Priority
For our key stakeholders to understand that WorkForward makes a difference.
In 2010/11, the following initiatives will support this priority:
Initiative 1: WorkForward will develop a robust communication plan.
Initiative 2: As defined by the communication plan, WorkForward will benchmark the opinion of key stakeholders and launch initiatives that will influence the opinions of these stakeholders.
Organizational Capacity Priority
To be the employer of choice for adults with learning disabilities in Coventry
In 2010/11, the following initiatives will support this priority:
Initiative 1: WorkForward will develop core competencies for the Board of Directors and staff.
Initiative 2: WorkForward will review job descriptions and performance evaluations in relation to the new competencies.
Financial Priority
Diversified, dependable and predictable growth in revenue
In 2010/11, the following initiatives will support this priority:
Initiative 1: WorkForward will continue the upgrade to the financial system in order to provide appropriate and timely management reports.
Initiative 2: WorkForward will clarify revenue and budgetary performance goals.
